Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refund and Exchange Policy
Please choose your order carefully as we do not refund or exchange for “change of mind’ purchases. We ensure that all items are in good condition when packed and posted however in the event that you receive an item that is damaged please contact us with 7 days of receipt and we will work out a solution with you.
If you purchased your item on eBay - you MUST commence the returns process via eBay.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We are not able to accept returns for customised items (eg. custom-built decks), or items that have been worn, washed, or used.
Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged, only refunded.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item MUST be clean and in an unused condition with all original tags and barcodes included (where applicable), so please try it on before removing any tags.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund we will process a credit and this will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 14 days. If you have not received your refund after this time please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us so we can arrange a return authority.
DO NOT send an item back until you have made contact with us and we have advised you to do so.

All shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 3 to 14 days for the returned goods to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will be for the purchase cost of the ITEM ONLY.
