How much is shipping?
Delivery is a flat rate of $10.00 in Australia. Some heavy items may attract additional fees.
International orders are accepted and calculated on weight and destination. (Import tax and duty charges may be added by your country). Truckstop Sk8 is not liable for any of these charges. International orders cannot exceed 20kg per order. Please contact us to discuss an international delivery
If you supply an incorrect address and your parcel is sent back to us (RTS) you will be notified and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent.
How will my order be delivered?
Our orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You can track the delivery status of your order at: http://auspost.com.au/track. If you didn't receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your email's Junk Folder.
Can I have my parcel delivered to a business address?
Yes! If you are having your item posted to a business address, please include the business name on your order.
What if I am not there to accept my parcel?
If no-one is home when the package arrives then a card will be left at the address, indicating where the parcel can be collected from (usually the nearest Australia Post outlet).
If you wish to have your parcel left at your shipping address if you are not home, that’s OK with us but no responsibility will be taken for missing items. You may want to send it to a business address instead, just don’t forget to include the business name!
Did you receive my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship within the next 2 business days. Dependent on your location, standard delivery will be made from 2-7 business days and can take longer during holiday/peak periods.
