SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much is shipping?

Delivery is a flat rate of $10.00 in Australia. Some heavy items may attract additional fees.

If you supply an incorrect address and your parcel is sent back to us (RTS) you will be notified and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship within 1 to 2 business days. Dependent on your location, standard delivery will be made from 2-5 business days and can take longer during holiday/peak periods.

How will my order be delivered?

Our orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You can track the delivery status of your order at: http://auspost.com.au/track. If you didn't receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your email's Junk Folder.

Did you receive my order?

We will email a confirmation of the order placed online immediately, make sure to check your email's Junk Folder. If you have not received this, please contact us on 02-66865816 or via truckstopsk8@gmail.com

Can I have my parcel delivered to a business address?

Yes!  If you are having your item posted to a business address, please include the business name on your order.

What if I am not there to accept my parcel?

If no-one is home when the package arrives then a card will be left at the address, indicating where the parcel can be collected from (usually the nearest Australia Post outlet).
If you wish to have your parcel left at your shipping address if you are not home, that’s OK with us but no responsibility will be taken for missing items. You may want to send it to a business address instead, just don’t forget to include the business name!
