One of only five mammals that lay eggs, the platypus carry's poison in its tail and can hold its breath for ten minutes underwater. If lucky, you can encounter the platypus on the East Coast of Australia when it emerges out of its Freshwater Twilight.
|This collaboration showcases the rich native wildlife of Australia and brings light to its importance within our sacred land. For a long time there have been major threats to Australian wildlife through habitat loss, fragmentation, human impact, and industrial development - there is an immediate need for support. Australia is one of the most important countries for biodiversity and is home to more species than the majority of countries in the world. Through art and education praclip and Caitlin wish to bring greater awareness and provide financial funding to our wildlife conservationists, thus donating 10% of board sales to the Australian Wildlife Conservancy.
