Terms and Conditions

TERMS and CONDITIONS -

1. Warrant that I am medically fit (including physically and mentally) to skate in the event and that I have not been advised otherwise by a medical practitioner.

2. I agree that I am participating in the event at my own risk and acknowledge that all skateboard activities are risky and inherently dangerous and may result in serious personal injury to me as a participant skater in the event. I understand that such injury or loss may result not only from by actions but from the actions, omissions or negligence of others.

3. I agree that it is a term of my participation in the event that Truckstop Skateboard School is absolved from all liability and claims however arising from injury or damage however caused arising out of my participation in the event.

4. Consent is given to use any photos or footage generated from the event for Truckstop and Truckstop Sk8 School's promotional purposes.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT As an activities participant I hereby agree to wear suitable shoes and attire plus a helmet as the minimum protective equipment at all times whilst participating.
